Welcome to Sheridan Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! We are a 191-bed, skilled nursing and psychiatric facility located in Chicago, IL. We are a lakefront facility with several rooms offering a view of Lake Michigan! Our unique facility provides the proper tools to enable our residents to be successful in managing their psychiatric needs as well as offering skilled care at the same level as other facilities. Our team of licensed specialists is dedicated to assisting residents to reach their highest functional potential through physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Our psychiatric care program focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of each resident to develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan. Our mental health staff works on improving physical strength, performing activities of daily living, and managing any health needs. We also offer the unique advantage of having a team continually monitoring both the medical and psychological progress of each resident in our care.
At Sheridan Village, our physical, occupational and speech therapists are available 7 days a week. We offer a wide range of clinical rehabilitation programs administered by an expert staff of compassionate professionals. We are committed to each residents’ well being.
